Over 30 years of good and bad to tell all
The information that I must share in this Blog will last over 30 Years. I will give you the ins and outs of all that I have learned during this time. From Joining the military in 1988 to the current day issues. I will give you the good and the bad with everything that I talk about. Then every other blog and YouTube video Will go in more depth of the issues in the prior Blog or YouTube video. I look for responses to the blogs and videos to post more information as time goes by.
What about me. I am a gentleman that is turning 50 on August 13th. I joined the military Army National Guard in 1988 and did a split OP between my junior and senior years. I have been through two marriages and multiple jobs while earning 2 degrees at the same time. I have an A.S.S. degree in Industrial Engineering Fox Valley tech and a B.S. degree in Operations Management from UW Stout. I am certified as an HR generalist and specialist.
I will tell you about my travels. I have been to almost every state except Alaska and Hawaii. I will tell you the pros and cons of the North to the South from the East to the West. I will talk about all the struggles that a Single person has with these kinds of moves.
My work history has taken me from potato warehouses in central Wisconsin To Fortune 500 companies from coast to coast. I have background knowledge of companies like Amazon, Harley-Davidson, Avon, American doll, Alcoa, and many others. I know about companies big and small. The struggles they are having and the effects that the economy play on their issues. I will talk about the issues that workers have and the ones that management must deal with in the changing times of the world.
